From a young age, my love for clothes was undeniable. I would dress up multiple times a day, experimenting with different styles—even if some choices were questionable! As I grew older, that passion only deepened. I will spend countless hours browsing the latest fashion trends, always eager to discover what is new.

 

When I started dating Deon, I boldly declared my dream of owning a clothing business. It felt like a distant aspiration until everything changed. Having previously worked with B4T, Deon came home one day buzzing with insights from a discussion with their team. That conversation reignited the spark within me.

 

The following Sunday at church, B4T was highlighted for their impactful work and commitment to their employees. As we left, Deon and I exchanged glances that said it all—we shared the same vision.

 

From that moment, my lifelong dream of launching my own clothing brand became a tangible reality. The journey to establishing L&D was made smoother by Deon’s entrepreneurial mindset, his unwavering support and commitment to my dream. Together, we embody the perfect blend of dreamer and strategist, idealist and entrepreneur.

 

2024 was a pivotal year for us — it marked the time we became husband and wife as well as business partners. There is no other person that I would take this journey with!
